I work alongside leaders as a right-hand to stabilise, align, and deliver outcomes when it matters most.

With over 25 years’ experience across government, telecommunications, and community environments, I’ve supported more than 33+ complex programs across Australia and internationally — from remote communities to executive boardrooms.

This includes recent work in the Philippines, designing and delivering community-led disaster preparedness and risk communication strategies across high-risk regions, strengthening coordination, capability, and real-world readiness.

Background

I didn’t start in boardrooms or strategy decks.

As a first-generation Australian, I developed resilience early, learning how to navigate complexity, adapt quickly, and move forward under pressure. That foundation shapes how I work today.

I help leaders and emerging, align, decide, and act — not just respond when things go wrong.

I’m currently strengthening my future skills capability through RMIT’s Developing AI Strategy program, with a emphasis on organisational readiness, risk, and adoption.
